New release of Ubuntu.. shiny!
Newest VLC release - SUCKS ASS. Bitches, fix the integration! I want to watch my movies on my shiny, shiny, glorious new display.
It's the same driver I had installed on the last release, same video card, same monitor, but oh, the difference. I no longer get headaches trying to read the default font, and no longer have to upsize it by a factor of four.
All my java/etc bits worked perfectly right out of the install.
Beautiful. Zorg is pleased!
