Twelfth Night

Or lack thereof. I'm not going. There's too much going on this week and one more thing is one too many. I could arrange a ride and find my garb, but then I'd have to talk to people who'd probably ask how things are going, how the house is going, how I'm doing, how I've been and right now, those are questions they probably don't want me to really answer.

I could do that whole fixed-gaze smile and reply of, "I'm fine. Everything's fine. We're all fine. How's your family? Fine? Oh, good." but that's a big fat lie and I really couldn't do that. Plus, for some reason, when I say I'm fine, people start getting concerned furrows to their brow and my forehead gets checked, and I'm pretty sure I'd bite the hand off anyone who did that to me right now.

Granted, that might be a neat party trick, but I'm pretty sure Urz doesn't want bloodshed or mayhem at her event. So, really, just how good a party can it be? ;)

My alternate plans were for a doll meet over in Wisconsonvania but that's now out. I'd have to do the whole run around and rent a car thing and once a week is pretty much my limit for that.
