Yeah it is super scary and sucks. I think that is why I like my school and my kids. The school all sticks together but also watches each other, the parents support what we do and have to do to stop bad behaviors, and my kids are mostly non-verbal so no backtalk, just punches and bites. I can handle wounds better than words. I am a wuss. I just hope I can keep my job, been feeling down about it lately.
