Reports of my demise have been greatly exaggerated. For now.
I'm about to go to the store to buy a crapton of milk so I can play house with bacteria cultures.
Yup. Makin' yogurt. Tomorrow, I make cheese. Not with the yogurt. That happens later. Tomorrow is mozzarella day.
