Chassis, part 3
Jun. 2nd, 2010 05:56 pmNew bottom sections of the uprights have been cut, glued, and drilled, because That Guy is awesome and has neat switchblade-style tools. (I need a switchblade style Yankee Screwdriver.. even if that does sound like a drink.) I now have a proper roof height. It rained, so we weren't able to set it up, but that's ok. I want to patch the tear in the roof canvas before we do.
There was tea and tisane tasting and lo, it was good.
Muslin tea bags have been ordered. (For lo, Peregrine is too lazy to make them.. and lacks a sewing machine right now..)
There will be a tea shop at the Big Damn Event this year. If all goes well, there may be a tea shop that travels to Other Events as well.
On the 19th, Oldest Cat turns 12. He is officially a geriatric cat. I am in denial. He is in denial. He refuses to be Cranky Old Man Cat and insists that he is still a kitten. A frighteningly intelligent, evil kitten with stumpy Munchkin legs.
