Game geekery.
Jan. 29th, 2009 12:06 pmMy evil thieving houseguest made off with my PS/2. I wasn't going to replace it, since the only games I played on it were Silent Hill.
Then I found out SH:Origins was ported to the PS/2.. and that PS/3 isn't backward compatible. SH: Homecoming is out for PS/3 and Xbox 360.
I'm not really a gamer geek. I never really thought I'd be in this predicament, where I had to chose one console over another.
Perhaps the saddest thing about this is that if any of the SH games were available on the Wii, I'd buy one. For absolutely no other reason than I could pretend to bash things with the steel pipe using the nunchuck controller.
Not to mention the things I could do with Dead Rising..
*sigh*
Another month until Sims3 comes out and I can vicariously build people I don't like and find interesting ways to kill them off. Life SUCKS!
