and since I can't edit.. change "sell me a book" to "sell me one of their chosen 'Make Books'". I'll accept hand selling, but like I said - hand selling involves trying to help me find what *I* want. This policy, where people are literally written up and fired if they don't make an arbitrary quota of books nobody's heard of before walking into the store is .. just ugly.
